Macro Lens - new Tamron 90mm!
I picked up this lens after it was announced. It is pretty awesome for close up MACRO work. I'm still learning to use it and not quite sure how I will use it, but the close up shots I've done have coe out nicely. One thing that seems to be a requirement is LOTS of light. THe bokeh is cool too. I need to play around with aperture to see how much background space is effected by different apertures so find my sweet spot. Here's a pic - one of the frist I made with it while my eye was recovering... (I had to keep my head down for a week so I was aiming down at things in the kitchen like this freshly cut leek. TAMRON 90mm 1/80 sec at f/5.6, ISO 200 TAMRON 90mm 1/40 sec at f/5.6, ISO 400 Lots more to learn and dive in deeper with this lens. I'll post something after I feel like I've mastered the use of it.
